Chica Mori's Flamenco Dance Student Recital

Thanks to everyone who came out to support me at my flamenco class recital! And a sincere apology to those of you who showed up but were unable to get tickets - the show was completely sold out, over 200 people were turned away. Pretty good for a venue that only seats 100, eh? The show went very well. We're hoping to have another one soon, in a space large enough for all to attend.

The student recital was a lot of fun. It was the most formal dance performance that I have done, lights and everything. The dancing and music both went very well.

There was no flash photography allowed during the performances, so most of the pictures from the show didn't come out all that great - need to use faster film next time...

Chrys Browne (left) didn't dance with us, but he did volunteer a lot of time helping us to prepare as well as making the event run smoothly throughout the evening. Thanks, Chrys!
